Project & Closeout Checklists
VPO's Project Checklists and Closeout Checklists create consistency across all projects in your portfolio.
Based on Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Standards of Practice, the Project Checklist provides an overview of all major project milestones, and ensures that all necessary tasks and requirements are completed systematically and efficiently. This checklist also helps newer VPO users learn what needs to be done on a project.
When a project is nearing the finish line, you can benefit from using VPO’s Closeout Checklist.
The Closeout Checklist is a comprehensive tool that helps you make sure all final tasks and requirements are completed before a project is officially closed out. This checklist can be set up ahead of closeout, and will list all required steps as you are tying up the project’s loose ends.
Users can modify these checklists to suit their specific needs, adding or subtracting items as desired. Power BI can also be used, to create a clean dashboard view showing the status of all project checklists.
Process Pages
Do you have questions about how to use PCOs, Change Orders, or PayApps in VPO?
Process Pages can be set up to help guide users. These pages are helpful tools for educating new or current team members who may not yet be familiar with a particular process. Process Pages can cover any feature in VPO, using graphics with clear and concise instructions.
